You don’t want to go shopping after you arrive at your “weekend” villa? Preorder from our stock and we will fill up your fridge before your arrival, so you can start relaxing right away!

We provide professional cleaning, gardening, pet care and shopping services tailored exclusively for holiday homes. Our goal is to ensure your property is always ready for relaxation and enjoyment.

All appointments should be made by phone. Due to peak times such as Friday and Monday we need to know your wishes and needs in advance to be able to accommodate you.
Cleaning services
Our cleaning service covers deep cleaning, surface sanitization, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. We can also provide additional services like window cleaning upon request.
Yes, we specialize in pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning to ensure your property is spotless and ready for the next visit.
Yes, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment, but we’re happy to use any specific products you prefer. Also, we can stock your holiday home with our preferred German Cleangang cleaning supplies – these products are outstanding in terms of smell, efficiency, and sustainability.
Gardening services
Our gardening services include lawn care, pruning, weeding, watering, and general garden maintenance. We also handle seasonal planting and yard cleanup.
This depends on your garden’s size and needs. We recommend regular maintenance every week during the growing season (from May to October) and once a month during the late autumn and winter. On request we can also water your lawn, trees and flowers every day.
We focus on maintenance but we can realize any landscaping projects with our trusted landscaping partners if needed.
Pet care services
We provide feeding, walking, grooming, and playtime for pets at your holiday home. We ensure your furry friends are happy and well-cared-for during your absence.
Yes, our pet care professional is a graduated veterinary who is experienced and trained to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments. She also will identify any health issues and – with your approval – initiate therapy and make sure your pet is as healthy as it can and should be.
We can accommodate most pets, including exotic ones, as long as we’re informed of their specific requirements in advance. Also, as mentioned before, our pet care expert is a graduated veterinary, so your pets are in the best hands available in the Kosmaj region!
